Sonos announces Arc soundbar with Dolby Atmos
Sonos announced its previously rumored Dolby Atmos packing soundbar called, Arc. Arc is a premium soundbar that replaces the Playbar in Sonos product lineup. The Playbase is being discounted today as well. That leaves a simpler soundbar lineup of just Sonos’ Beam and Arc going forward.
Arc is $100 more expensive than its predecessor at $799 and it will be available Jun 10th. Sonos says that it will only work with the Sonos S2 app at launch which is available for iOS, Android, Windows 10 and MacOS. Arc is built on the company’s S2 platform, which enables higher fidelity audio and improved security.

When available Arc will be available in either black or white.
