Google Pixel 6 starts at $599 or $45 per month with Pixel Pass making the Pixel 6 series an extremely enticing choice for consumers

Google has officially announced that its Pixel 6 series for just $599 or $45 per month with Pixel Pass marking a major competitive achievement for Google in a bid to get Pixel in more hands.

As part of Google’s radical new design vision, Google’s design team decided to move away from the traditional square camera system in favor of a “camera bar.” The Pixel 6 Pro features a “light polished” aluminum frame and the Pixel 6 features a matte finish on its frame.

Pixel 6 not only delivers a premium device at a mid-range price but it also delivers more value than the typical Android phone with 5 years of security updates.

Optionally with Pixel Pass and a starting monthly fee of $45 you get a new Pixel every two years, Google’s protection plan – Preferred Care, YouTube Premium, YouTube Music Premium, Google Play Pass and Google One (200GB) or $55 for Pixel 6 Pro. Unfortunately, Pixel Pass amounts to nothing more than lock-in, keeping you locked to Google’s Pixel line and services just like Samsung’s Galaxy forever plans and T-Mobile’s iPhone 4ever plans.
