Amazon Alexa app for iPhone and iPad adds Ask Alexa home screen widget

Amazon has added an ‘Ask Alexa’ widget to the latest version of the Alexa app for iOS and iPadOS.

“On iOS 14 or higher, you can now add the new Ask Alexa widget to your home screen and tap to talk to Alexa”

Once you have the latest update for the iOS Alexa app installed and the widget placed on your home screen just tap the widget and Alexa will start listening for a command.
