Samsung’s Galaxy Book Go powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon chips, LTE and 5G are finally available today. After a long road of leaks and a missed Galaxy Unpacked event, Samsung’s latest Snapdragon-powered laptops are finally available to buy.

We recently covered a Microsoft event focused on education where a number of sub-$400 Snapdragon 7c-powered laptops and 2in1’s were unveiled from less known brands. Now one of the most popular brands in the world is releasing another ARM PC, but this time powered by the Snapdragon 7c Gen2. Beyond the detailed specs, Samsung will bring their Galaxy apps to the Galaxy Book Go with Galaxy Buds sharing, Quick Share, Samsung TV Plus, Second Screen, SmartThings, SmartThings Find, Smart Switch, and more.

Samsung’s entry level Galaxy Book Go comes with a 14-inch IPS LCD 1080P display. The Snapdragon 7c Gen2 model comes in two configurations, 4GB of RAM + 64GB of Storage or the 8GB of RAM + 128GB of Storage. The Galaxy Book Go features a USB 2.0 Type A port, two USB Type-C ports, a Nano SIM slot, a 3.5mm headphone jack. Being powered by the Snapdragon 7c Gen2 means that it has a built-in LTE modem, but don’t worry, Samsung makes a Wi-Fi only model available. The Galaxy Book Go features Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.1. Samsung will sell the Snapdragon 7c Gen2-powered Galaxy Book Go in the U.S. for $349, with a price like that, why buy a Chromebook?
