How to play Microsoft’s Surf game on any browser

Microsoft recently rolled out the Surf game to Edge, which enabled a simple surf game playable in Edge with a keyboard, mouse or Xbox Controller and now Microsoft is showing other browsers some love with Surf Lite Edition.

How to play Microsoft Surf Game (Lite)

• Visit this link in your browser
• Select your Surfer to start playing

Note: One thing you might notice is the banner above, clearly Microsoft is trying to get you to use Edge since the ‘Full’ game is playable in Edge only. If you select play the full game you will see the prompt below.

How to play Microsoft Surf Game

• Type edge://surf into your Microsoft Edge address bar

• Select your Surfer
• You can also adjust the game mode and start a new game in the hamburger menu in the right hand corner
