Microsoft may acquire entire TikTok business from ByteDance

The drama over TikTok has reached a new and important milestone. The President of the United States has set a 45 day deadline where U.S. companies will no longer be able to do transactions with not only Bytedance, the parent company of TikTok but Tencent as well.
